These sessions are offered at our Training Centre in Edmonton but please contact us regarding any custom requests for 6 or more participants at your facility.
Training Cancellation Policy
- At least 15 business days prior to scheduled training date: 100% refund or credit toward a future training date within one calendar year of original training date.
- Less than 15 business days prior to scheduled training date: 10% cancellation fee or $150.00 rescheduling fee, as applicable. Remaining funds will be refunded or credited toward a future training date within one calendar year of original training date.
- No show/no call:No refund.
- If you must cancel or reschedule a class, please let us know as soon as possible. CBPIC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time. In such event, you will receive a 100% refund of your tuition.
